Are you looking for a room to hire? We have state of the art facilities available at our Phillip location.

We have a versatile event room suitable for seminars, conferences, meetings and other corporate events. 

We are conveniently located at Dundas Court, Phillip among several other businesses and eateries and a short walking distance to Woden Town Centre.

As a premier Road Safety Training Organisation in ACT and NSW we have designed our space to be modern and well equipped.  The space will hold up to 30, we provide professional support, state-of-the-art technology and refined catering options, Ascent can provide a sophisticated place to meet your team of staff, partners or clients.  We have the flexibility to meet any needs.

Getting to us

Free parking is available directly outside our front door, this is however limited times.  All day free parking is available at the rear on Bellona Court and Parramatta St,

Easy public transport runs via Melrose Drive and Athlon Drive, a 2 minute walk away.


Morning Tea - Tea & Coffee with biscuits $2 per person

Afternoon Tea - Tea & Coffee with biscuits $2 per person

Continuous Tea & Coffee with biscuits, This is a self-serve option, utilizing our facilities $2 per person half day,  $4 per person full day

Room Hire Terms and Condition

  • Cleanliness & Maintenance
    • Persons attending are responsible for maintaining the rooms cleanliness and should leave the room as received
    • The room should be put back the way it was received
    • All equipment used should be placed where found in the same condition it was received
    • When utilising kitchen equipment, the individual is responsible that it be placed in the dishwasher
    • Smoking is only allowed in designated areas at the rear, it is the hirers responsibility to ensure provided containers are used for disposing of rubbish
  • Cancellation Fee
    • Cancellations are required in writing and can be emailed to info@ascenttrainingservices.com.au
    • Cancellation fees apply to those who haven't given sufficient notice in writing
      • 7 day or more notice - no cancellation fee
      • Less than 7 day but more than 48 hours' notice - Any fee incurred by Ascent Training Services for catering
      • Less than 48 hours' notice - $50 cancellation fee plus any fee's incurred by Ascent Training Services for catering
      • N.B:  Cancellation fees will be discussed on an individual basis
  • WHS Requirements
    • Evacuation plans can be found in each room, it is a requirement that attendees have been notified where the plan can be found and your evacuation location
    • Where a hazard or risk has been identified notify Ascent Training Services office in a timely manner 
    • Each person has a responsibility to ensure their safety and that of others 
    • The nominated contact for the day is responsible to account for all of their clients/students in the case of an emergency or evacuation 
    • If an incident has occurred, it is required that an incident form be filled out and Ascent Training Services be notified immediately. Incident forms can be found in each room 
  • After Office Hours Use
    • The hirer is responsible for attendees and their behaviour 
    • If requiring the access code for entry, the pin must remain confidential solely to the trainer/teacher/hirer 
    • We require that all lights, heater, urns etc. have been turned off at the power points
    • We require the doors and gates be locked.
