Module 2 - Safer Drivers Course
A two-hour in-vehicle coaching session with a coach and another learner to develop low-risk driving strategies. If you are unable to attend any of the displayed Module 2 times for your location, please contact us on 6210 8765 - and we may be able to organize a different time.
Safer Drivers Course - frequently asked questions
Will I need to supply my own vehicle to do the in-vehicle
coaching part of the Course?
No. A dual-controlled vehicle will be supplied by the Course
Provider.
What is the maximum amount of participants for a Course to be
held?
Module one (the group discussion) will be run by a facilitator
and the maximum number of participants is 12.
Module two (the in-vehicle coaching session) will be delivered by a coach with two learner drivers.
What happens if I have a log book that was issued before July
2013?
You won't need to get a new log book.
We will complete and sign an insert for page 110 - 'Structured Lesson Record Keeper and Safer Drivers Course Record' of your log book
How to Book a Module 2 session?
Bookings for Module 2 can be made at the time of booking Module 1.
- Select the Book Now Button at the top or bottom of the screen
- Available dates and locations are displayed
- Select the Book Now button next to the course of your choice
- A registration box will appear
- Enter the participant details, the person attending the course, please ensure all information is completed any missing information will not allow you to continue with the booking. Some of the registration form will allow you pre-fill from the Module 1 booking.
- Press OK button to confirm details
- YOU MUST HAVE ALREADY SELECTED Safer Drivers Course for Leaner Drivers
- Select the Checkout at the top right of the screen
- You should have a NSW Safer Drivers Course for Learner Drivers and a Module 2 - Safer Drivers Course displayed in your Checkout Cart, a price is only allocated to the first course.
- Under billing details please enter the details if not the same as the participant on where the payment receipt is to be sent
- Select Continue
- Select Continue to Secure Checkout
- Enter the Credit Card Details, payment is confirmed immediately
- 3 emails will be sent, confirmation email to the participant, confirming the dates, times and location of both the courses and an email to the billing details confirming payment with a receipt attached
Please note that depending on demand we may not be able to complete
Module 2 on the same day, we allocate sessions on the first come first
served basis.

No dates for the in-car Module 2 sessions are displayed for my area?
Some of our coaches feel that due to the distance needed to travel for
some participants that the first come first served method will not work
and will discuss with the participants the available options for taking
Module 2 during the Module 1 sessions. These courses will be
displayed as a TBA for Module 2.
Bega - Module 2 sessions are usually
conducted the weekend after the Module 1 evening course.
