Booking Terms and Conditions

Bookings

Bookings must be made in advance, no course is confirmed without full payment. Participants must make sure they are booking into the correct course. The Road Ready Centre will only invoice organisations if an official purchase order is provided.

Payment Terms

On-line bookings can be made by selecting the book now button at the top of the screen next to your preferred location. All available course dates are displayed, a Visa or MasterCard payment is required at the time of booking.

Telephone bookings can be made by contacting the office Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-12pm. A Visa or MasterCard payment is required at the time of booking.

Cheque and EFT payments are accepted please contact the office to discuss.

Refunds All refunds are returned via the payment method, except cash which is done by cheque. Please allow 2 working days to receive your refund.

Cancellations
Cancellations will only be accepted in writing, administration fees may apply if cancellations are made within the given time frame for the course.  Fees for each course type are stated in the course confirmation Terms and Conditions.

Transfers/Re-bookings
Clients wishing to transfer a confirmed booking between course dates will only be accepted with 48 hours' notice. Any changes without correct notice will be subject to an administration fee per participant. Fees for each course type are stated in the course confirmation Terms and Conditions. 

Substitution
Attendee substitution may be made with no additional charges.

Late or Failure to Attend a Course

Participants must be present at the starting time of the course and for all sessions of the course. Failure to do so will require the participant to be booked onto another course. An administration fee will apply prior to any further bookings being made. Fees for each course type are stated in the course confirmation Terms and Conditions.

Course Suitability
The Client accepts that it is their responsibility to ensure that the course meets the needs of the participant and that the participant has the required standard of English fluency. Any participant not found to have the required level will be asked to re-book onto a Non-English speaking course, this may incur a $50 administration fee. If the Client has any doubts about the suitability of the course they should contact the office.

Course Amendments

Every effort is made to ensure courses are run as per schedules, occasionally it is necessary for courses to be cancelled or rescheduled, such as insufficient numbers. If this occurs you will be offered an alternative course date, which would be rescheduled at your convenience based on availability, or a full and prompt refund. We will endeavour to give at least 2 days' notice prior to the course start date. Ascent Training Services  PTY LTD is not responsible for any expenses incurred by you as a result of such cancellations.

Personal Property
We cannot accept responsibility for any personal belongings at any course. Personal belongings remain the sole responsibility of the owner.

Participant Conduct
It is assumed that all participants will attend the course with the intention of gaining maximum benefit, however if any participants behaves in a way which is detrimental to the course or any other participant(s), will be asked to leave. Intoxicated participants will not be allowed to complete the course. In these circumstances there will be no refund.
